What you will do

• Lead market optimization planning, strategic real estate plans, and transaction initiatives aligned with client business goals.
• Initiate and oversee complex transactions, dispositions, renewals, negotiations, and legal review of leased documents.
• Manage brokers, transaction teams, field agents, service partners, and cross-functional contributors through execution.
• Partner with corporate real estate teams and senior operational leaders on transaction priorities and portfolio opportunities.
• Prepare reporting, business cases, market analysis, financial analysis, revenue projections, and transaction close-out reports.
• Improve transaction execution and reporting through process governance, technology, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex transaction management and strategic real estate initiatives across multiple asset classes.
• Strong knowledge of transaction execution, negotiations, portfolio optimization, and client governance.
• Ability to perform market and financial analysis and maintain accurate transaction data and reporting.
• Experience managing brokerage resources, client stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience coaching and mentoring direct reports and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to work in New York, New York, or Chatham, New Jersey, USA.
