VP, Corporate Real Estate

Location: Columbus, Ohio, One hirify.global Plaza; primarily in-office with hybrid flexibility when business needs and role responsibilities allow. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $200,000–$400,000 per year.

What you will do

• Set and execute the enterprise Corporate Real Estate strategy in partnership with senior leaders and business operations.
• Manage hirify.global’s multi-state real estate portfolio, including project planning, budgeting, construction, maintenance, operations, space management, and capital improvements.
• Develop the workplace of the future by integrating smart-building systems, IoT sensors, connected collaboration spaces, and AI-enabled building technologies.
• Establish analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics for space utilization, occupancy, cost, and workplace experience.
• Lead sustainability, energy, environmental, decarbonization, healthy-building, compliance, and safety programs.
• Manage vendors, contractors, landlords, and a high-performing team of CRE professionals.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant corporate real estate experience in large, complex organizations.
• Undergraduate studies in business, engineering, facilities management, architecture, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering complex Tier 1 and infrastructure projects, along with knowledge of property acquisition, leasing, and disposition.
• Fluency with smart-building systems, workplace technology, space and occupancy analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong financial acumen, including cost-benefit evaluation and business-case development.
• Excellent people leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and consultative skills.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Five or more years of leadership experience.
