Ecosystem Marketing Manager (AI/ML)

Location: New York or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $90,000–$160,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Define and execute ecosystem marketing strategy across AI/ML frameworks, libraries, tools, open-source projects, and developer communities.
• Build relationships with ecosystem companies, maintainers, contributors, startups, and communities across PyTorch, Hugging Face, Ray, vLLM, Kubernetes, and the broader AI developer stack.
• Create joint technical content, demos, integrations, workshops, events, developer programs, and campaigns.
• Grow Nscale’s open-source presence and identify developers, projects, and companies building with Nscale.
• Work with Product, Growth, Developer Relations, Developer Experience, Social, and Engineering to create journeys from ecosystem engagement to platform adoption.
• Establish KPIs and reporting for ecosystem reach, developer engagement, community growth, OSS participation, integrations, adoption, and ecosystem-sourced growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in ecosystem marketing, developer marketing, developer relations, technical partnerships, open-source marketing, or product marketing.
• Experience in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or developer technology.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, libraries, infrastructure, models, tools, and developer communities.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, Ray, vLLM, Hugging Face, Kubernetes, and the broader open-source AI stack.
• Proven ability to build technology, open-source, maintainer, and developer community relationships and turn them into tangible programs.
• Strong cross-functional, analytical, and execution skills in a fast-moving AI ecosystem.
