Social Media Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid; employees must work in the office at least three days per week in Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA. Travel requirements: 25%.

Annual base salary: $90,000–$135,000, plus equity awards and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish organic copy, graphics, and video content.
• Monitor channels, respond to audiences, and manage the social media content calendar.
• Analyze performance metrics, report on KPIs, and optimize content strategy.
• Collaborate with Communications, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Design, executives, and subject matter experts on campaigns, launches, and thought leadership.
• Manage LinkedIn Live, video repurposing, and real-time social coverage at conferences and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a B2B technology or enterprise software company.
• Experience developing organic social strategies that drive measurable engagement and brand awareness.
• Experience with social media management and analytics platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Sprinklr.
• Strong writing, editing, organizational, data interpretation, and stakeholder reporting skills.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram best practices for B2B audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
