Salesforce Technical Architect (Health Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, governance, and delivery of a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Develop enterprise architecture strategies, reference architectures, technology roadmaps, and value streams aligned with business goals and TOGAF principles.
• Design secure integrations with patient management systems, cloud platforms, and custom applications using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and ETL processes.
• Own Salesforce data modeling, lifecycle governance, data quality, ingestion pipelines, and reusable architecture patterns.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release governance, cloud-native development, and modern DevOps practices.
• Advise executives and cross-functional stakeholders while mentoring developers, business analysts, solution architects, and administrators.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least eight years of experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture and delivery, including complex multi-cloud implementations.
• At least six years of experience in Salesforce solution design, development, implementation, and governance focused on scalability and sustainability.
• Experience with Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, declarative Salesforce tools, APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, data ingestion, and reference architecture patterns.
• Experience with secure systems and sensitive data in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services, plus cloud-native development and modern DevOps practices.
