Tool Equipment Install Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Manage module tool installation projects in line with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Oversee gas, chemical, and electrical equipment hookups to ensure process integrity and operational readiness.
• Validate equipment performance against critical dimension and defectivity targets before transferring tools to manufacturing.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, trades, vendors, and internal module engineering teams during fabrication ramp schedules.
• Maintain installation documentation, as-built records, and environmental health and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, analyze data, conduct controlled experiments, and drive improvements in tool reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, plus 0–1 years of hands-on experience.
• Alternatively, a master’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States.
