Painter 2nd Shift Up To $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Automotive)

Location: Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, United States; onsite work at 4649 Factory Store Blvd. Second shift.

Salary: $19.55–$29.83 per hour. Eligible external hires may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

What you will do

• Apply automotive paint, including color matching and paint mixing, to achieve quality finishes.
• Perform minor surface repairs such as sanding and grinding.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces and maintain hirify.global paint standards.
• Follow standardized work processes and participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Maintain tools and equipment, follow environmental health and safety requirements, and keep the work area clean.

Requirements

• Complete hirify.global New Associate Orientation Training – Operations.
• Meet performance standards and workstation certifications for related roles.
• Read, interpret, and record data accurately while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in color discernment and paint application techniques.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors or outdoors in varying conditions.
• Use hirify.global-provided respiratory protection; clean-shaven status is required for use of a half-face respirator.
