Client Services Director, Medical & Scientific Communications

Location: Home-based remote position for candidates residing in the United States. Travel to meet stakeholders may be required for up to 25% of the time.

Salary: $61,200–$153,000 annual base pay, depending on qualifications, location, and schedule.

What you will do

• Manage assigned projects and client accounts, coordinating digital and interactive content, timelines, budgets, quality assurance, and SOP adherence.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitches, metrics, agendas, and project updates.
• Coordinate internal departments, scientific experts, key opinion leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure scientific accuracy and client alignment.
• Maintain client relationships, synthesize feedback, track milestones, and support account planning.
• Recruit, engage, and manage faculty relationships on behalf of clients.
• Supervise and train junior staff while supporting effective project delivery and team development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare/life sciences-focused agency.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Science.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Must reside in the United States for this remote position.
• Ability to travel to meet stakeholders as necessary, up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare promotional roles.
• Experience in the Oncology therapeutic area.
• Experience using Veeva.
• Experience with Basecamp or similar project management systems.
