What you will do

• Support IT security compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, technical standards, and security best practices.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, alerts, and other cybersecurity events.
• Administer, upgrade, and troubleshoot at least one security product or application.
• Research, recommend, develop, maintain, and support security tools and mitigation-control policies.
• Escalate incidents and provide status updates to vendors, leadership, and internal teams.
• Document learned concepts and skills and participate in security-related meetings.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT Security, Information Assurance, Information Security and Intelligence, or a similar field.
• At least two years of coursework completed.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems logically, work with details, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to learn security engineering, server security, network security, cloud security, authentication, encryption, and application security.
• Ability to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
