Corporate Real Estate Internship (Summer 2027)

Location: Lansing, Michigan, United States

Rate of pay: $18.00 per hour

What you will do

• Work with commercial leases, operating costs, and related correspondence.
• Analyze property management issues and review proposals.
• Coordinate service and maintenance work, process invoices, and support repairs.
• Communicate with branch associates, contractors, and management.
• Collaborate with facilities, security, and contract management departments.
• Assist with non-construction projects within the real estate division.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in college and entering the junior or senior year.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a general understanding of building management and the ability to interpret floor plans.
• Be familiar with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and able to learn new software tools.
• Be able to manage multiple assignments.
• Must be able to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Major or coursework in facilities management, finance, or real estate.
