Mechanical Assembly Operator (Pumps)

Location: Onsite in New Brighton, Minnesota, United States. First shift runs 4:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Thursday, with overtime as needed.

Hourly pay: $20.00/hour, with an opportunity for a rate increase after skills proficiency and training.

What you will do

• Assemble pump components according to bills of material.
• Test assemblies against documented specifications.
• Pack completed products.
• Support and promote 5S in the workplace.
• Contribute ideas for improved assembly methods and increased production output.
• Suggest improvements to safety and health programs.

Requirements

• Blueprint reading and use is required.
• Experience using hand and power tools is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, and lift or lower weights up to 50 pounds.
• Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses are required on the production floor.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
