Electronic Assembler

Location: Onsite in Johnson City, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $18.05–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, production plans, and current work instructions.
• Assemble electronic products using precision soldering techniques and microscopes.
• Perform inspections and testing to verify product quality, functionality, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain manufacturing and quality documentation according to established procedures.
• Support training, cross-training, continuous improvement, safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in manufacturing, quality, assembly, or a similarly detail-oriented environment.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal, written, and computer-based instructions and training materials in English.
• Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy when following processes and specifications.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required for the position.
