Com'l Banking Relationship Manager

Location: Fully onsite in Redding, California, at 1951 Churn Creek, Redding, CA 96002. Frequent travel is required.

Salary: $120,000–$200,000 per year, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage a large portfolio of complex and upper-market commercial client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Prospect for new business, expand existing relationships, and develop referral networks across the commercial C&I segment.
• Structure, coordinate, and sponsor credit and non-credit solutions with internal partners and cross-functional experts.
• Analyze credit, make lending decisions within established limits, and manage loan terms, compliance, and portfolio quality.
• Study industrial, economic, and financial conditions to support business development and portfolio management.
• Participate in community organizations and coach or mentor colleagues as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of relevant commercial lending experience with a record of exceeding performance in commercial C&I business development.
• Expertise in credit underwriting, accounting, financial statements, operational cash flow, risk ratings, and complex credit structures.
• Experience with relationship management, business development, asset quality, and collaborative delivery of customized banking solutions.
• Knowledge of syndications, asset-based lending, capital structure finance, leveraged lending, enterprise value lending, trade finance, and Shared National Credits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Redding, California, with frequent travel.
