What you will do

• Develop and implement commodity and sourcing strategies for assigned materials and suppliers.
• Lead supplier negotiations and execute contracts covering pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and develop preferred supplier networks.
• Analyze market trends and procurement data to identify cost optimization and supply chain improvement opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance, track key metrics, and support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies aligned with business and commodity management requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commodity management in a global manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong commercial, contract negotiation, and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
