Vertical Transportation / HVAC / Fire Protection, Technical Property Manager, Sales Market Germany (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Manage the full technical Facility Management scope across the German sales market.
• Lead supplier and service contract management, monitoring compliance, quality, and performance.
• Develop and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance plans for vertical transportation, HVAC, fire protection, and other Hard FM services.
• Monitor property condition, identify investment needs, and support lifecycle planning, store openings, and rebuild projects.
• Maintain accurate asset, maintenance, and financial data in CAFM systems such as Planon, while monitoring costs against budget.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Sales, Operations, Procurement, Construction & Facilities, store teams, and external service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management, Construction, and/or Real Estate.
• Experience in supplier and contract management, budgeting, operational planning, and cost management.
• Experience with CAFM systems such as Planon and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English and German communication skills, written and spoken.
• Analytical, collaborative, organised, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, international organisations, and/or energy management.
• Facility Management or Project Management certification.
