MEP Senior Expert (f/m/d)

Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany; hybrid remote/office work

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary building design solutions for major industrial and commercial projects.
• Manage internal and external design partners across architecture, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Oversee design from feasibility and conceptual stages through detailed engineering deliverables.
• Establish and improve design standards, specifications, governance processes, and engineering best practices.
• Promote digital engineering methods including BIM, simulations, and digital twins.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, value engineering, lifecycle cost assessments, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in MEP design management and multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Experience with industrial, manufacturing, or commercial facilities.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and external engineering consultants.
• Expertise in MEP building systems, industrial facility design, BIM, sustainability, and value engineering.
• Strong design management, project management, stakeholder management, technical leadership, mentoring, collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
