Endpoint Security Analyst

What you will do

• Implement, maintain, and optimize endpoint security controls across client and server environments.
• Act as a third-line escalation resource for complex endpoint security incidents and recurring security issues.
• Monitor endpoint telemetry, agent health, performance indicators, compliance metrics, and security control status.
• Manage endpoint security technologies, including CASB, EDR, antivirus, DLP, encryption, compliance agents, and automated remediation tools.
• Test and validate security agents, policies, integrations, and endpoint impact in non-production environments before deployment.
• Support access reviews, audits, governance, documentation, dashboards, and remediation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience in endpoint security, cybersecurity operations, systems administration, or a related technical field.
• Advanced knowledge of endpoint security architecture, lifecycle management, EDR, SIEM, MDM, compliance platforms, and enterprise security tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, communication, and security telemetry correlation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Ability to work in the hybrid role based in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Sky High, SentinelOne, Tanium, Ivanti, or comparable platforms.
• Security certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CISSP, GIAC, or Microsoft Security Certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint environments in highly regulated industries.
