Test Technician (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Collect characterization, debug, and validation data for advanced power module engineering samples.
• Build test fixtures, cabling, and harnesses for engineering evaluation and hardware debugging.
• Manage bench test setups, including calibration schedules, part ordering, setup, teardown, and troubleshooting.
• Perform PCB rework, through-hole soldering, SMT rework, board modification, and repair.
• Support module-level electrical debugging through bench measurements, probing, thermal imaging, and instrumentation setup.
• Coordinate sample logistics, customer testing, failure-analysis shipments, labeling, tracking, packaging, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on technician experience in semiconductor, test, product engineering, or module engineering environments.
• Strong soldering skills and experience building cables and harnesses.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret board layouts.
• Experience or comfort operating bench-scale thermal chambers and thermal cameras or infrared imaging equipment.
• Strong organization and follow-through for sample tracking and documentation.
• An associate degree in electronics, electrical engineering technology, mechanical technology, or a related technical field is preferred but not required.
