Full Stack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York, United States

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Ship full-stack features as part of a 3–5 person product Pod.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations with external services and databases, with attention to data integrity and security.
• Develop responsive and accessible front-end interfaces.
• Contribute to AI-powered product capabilities and use AI development tools in daily engineering work.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and support production through on-call and bug triage.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, squad leaders, and engineers on requirements, design, and architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Comfort with both front-end and back-end development, or strong expertise in one area with interest in learning the other.
• Fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and systems engineering.
• Experience with or strong interest in AI developer tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases, and commitment to software quality.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in New York, United States.

Nice to have

• Personal projects or coursework involving AI or machine learning features.
• Exposure to OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Pinecone, or other AI APIs and frameworks.
• GitHub profile demonstrating side projects or open-source contributions.
