Software Engineer (AI/Fullstack)

Location: San Francisco, CA; in-person in the office 5 days per week

What you will do

• Build full-stack software for automating engineering workflows and producing end design deliverables.
• Partner with hardware and analysis engineers in a cross-discipline environment.
• Own software architecture, performance, and implementation with a high level of autonomy.
• Use AI to automate engineering processes for utility-scale power and data center projects.
• Build and maintain databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop software that supports customers and products in the physical world.

Requirements

• Experience independently building full-stack applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Active interest in advancing the capabilities of AI coding agents.
• Experience building engineering or manufacturing software for physical-world products.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks, prioritize impact, and take extreme ownership.
• Hands-on execution skills and attention to implementation details.
• Ability to work in person in San Francisco, in the office 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in motorsports, defense, aerospace, manufacturing, robotics, or other real-world industries.
