Financial Analyst - Treasury Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; minimum 3 days per week onsite

Salary: $68,000–$93,500 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Support banking changes related to divestitures, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring initiatives.
• Administer global bank accounts, including opening, closing, and modifying accounts in accordance with company policies and banking requirements.
• Prepare, coordinate, track, and maintain global banking documentation and approval workflows.
• Manage bank portal user access, including onboarding, modifications, and removals, while maintaining internal control compliance.
• Maintain bank accounts, banking relationships, settlement instructions, reporting structures, and other treasury master data in Kyriba.
• Support liquidity management, cash positioning, and treasury operational reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in treasury operations, banking operations, financial administration, cash management, or a related finance function.
• Experience with banking documentation, account administration, financial operations, or related processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
