Foreign Exchange Operations Analyst 2 (FX)

Location: Gateway Center, Columbus, Ohio; office-based near a Huntington corporate office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Process incoming and outgoing foreign currency payments and support FX operations for corporate and institutional clients.
• Verify trades, manage confirmations, and ensure accurate and timely settlements.
• Monitor multi-currency payment flows across financial platforms.
• Perform daily reconciliations and investigate payment delays, trade mismatches, and compliance alerts.
• Maintain transaction records in WallStreet, MTS, and SWIFT gpi.
• Collaborate with traders, relationship managers, and clients while supporting process improvements and system upgrades.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial operations.
• Experience with payment processing, reconciliations, investigations, or banking operations.
• Knowledge of funds movement controls and compliance protocols, including AML/BSA and OFAC.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, problem-solving, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with FX products such as spot, forwards, swaps, and options.
• Familiarity with WallStreet System, MTS, SWIFT message formats, and global payment systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
