Salary: $188,524–$245,080 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and management of a technology or service portfolio with a multi-year roadmap and measurable business outcomes.
• Direct large-scale initiatives across business units, operating companies, IT domains, and external partners.
• Drive technology modernization, operating-model transformation, reliability, performance, and customer experience improvements.
• Strengthen architecture, SDLC, security, ITIL, Agile, and project governance standards across the portfolio.
• Manage budgets, investment allocation, total cost of ownership, vendor performance, and delivery risk.
• Build and develop technology leadership teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology portfolios and cross-organization initiatives.
• Knowledge of technology governance, security, disaster recovery, NERC CIP, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
• Experience with strategic financial stewardship, vendor management, risk reduction, and operational excellence.
