Collections Supervisor, El Paso TX

Location: Remote within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, TX; shift: 11:30 AM–8:00 PM

What you will do

• Lead agent growth, development, coaching, and mentoring.
• Train team members on customer interaction and collection methods.
• Review team behavior and performance, providing timely feedback and direction.
• Motivate the team, set monthly goals, and communicate action plans.
• Manage account and performance documentation and complete administrative responsibilities accurately.
• Handle customer escalations, answer team and department questions, and maintain service-level and saturation targets.

Requirements

• Experience in collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and engage employees around shared goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel functions and formulas are advantageous.
• General knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to AI-enabled tools and evolving workflows.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
