Corporate Finance Manager (FP&A, Strategic Finance & Capital Planning) – Remote

Location: Remote from South Africa or Kenya; U.S. business hours required

hirify.global is recruiting for a client seeking a corporate finance professional to support strategic financial planning and long-term growth.

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term planning, and financial consolidation across entities, business units, or regions.
• Build financial models covering DCF, ROI, IRR, NPV, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
• Evaluate capital investments, pricing strategies, expansion initiatives, and M&A opportunities.
• Monitor liquidity, working capital, cash flow, debt compliance, capital structure, and financing strategies.
• Prepare board presentations, executive reporting packages, KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and financial summaries.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Product, executives, investors, and banking institutions while mentoring junior finance team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, consolidations, advanced formulas, and automation.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Experience preparing executive reports, financial models, and board presentations.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; work during U.S. business hours is required.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience with M&A, fundraising, investor relations, or capital allocation projects.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Background in SaaS, professional services, or multi-entity organizations.
