Technical Solutions Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote from an approved location. Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status, eligibility without export authorization, or eligibility and reasonable likelihood of obtaining the required U.S. authorization.

Salary: $164,000–$231,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead technical trade studies and enterprise software evaluations for architectural fit, security, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and select SaaS solutions.
• Support technical due diligence, vendor onboarding, SLA reviews, and contract negotiations with Legal, InfoSec, and Procurement.
• Configure and deploy new software tenants and integrate tools with IT and business systems.
• Manage software licenses, renewals, utilization, cost allocation, and automated license harvesting.
• Operate vendor relationships, perform governance audits, reduce shadow IT, and improve the internal software intake process.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT/IS, software architecture, enterprise tool evaluation, SaaS management, or IT operations.
• Experience leading technical trade studies, vendor evaluations, and TCO/ROI analysis for software acquisitions.
• Experience partnering with InfoSec, Legal, and Procurement on technical due diligence, SOC 2 and ISO security reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must meet applicable ITAR/EAR eligibility requirements for access to export-controlled information.
