Field Service Technician (Installations) (AI)

Location: London Region, United Kingdom; on the road and at customer sites. The role involves overnight work and requires travel to installation sites.

What you will do

• Install, mount, connect, and configure camera hardware according to company standards.
• Complete overnight customer-site installations and support system deployment and adoption.
• Onboard and scan products into the system.
• Use power tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Record work completed, parts used, and time spent using company tools.
• Meet customer SLAs and speed and quality KPIs while communicating progress and issues to supervisors and colleagues.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a field service technician, installer, construction worker, or in a related field.
• Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency with power tools and installation equipment.
• Physical stamina to work on foot and perform demanding tasks for periods of up to nine hours.
• Full valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends and travel to customer sites required.
