Security Architect (Blockchain)

What you will do

• Implement the security strategy defined by the CISO and influence security-critical technology processes.
• Architect, design, and implement security solutions, tools, and services for the cloud network environment in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Develop security requirements and standards for security operations, threat detection, intelligence, and incident response.
• Review infrastructure, products, services, suppliers, and partners, including web3 and web2 applications and their underlying systems.
• Conduct vulnerability testing using automated tools and manual techniques, manage remediation, and perform post-incident analysis.
• Work with product management, software engineering, SRE, and cloud engineering throughout the SDLC to improve secure design, access controls, monitoring, and response capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing AWS security infrastructure and services such as IAM, EDR, MDM, SIEM, KMS, and PAM.
• 5+ years of experience in blockchain security, including research into blockchain-specific vulnerabilities.
• Experience with application security, including SAST, DAST, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS CloudTrail, CloudWatch, SecurityHub, GuardDuty, Inspector, Shield, WAF, Secrets Manager, and Lambda.
• Strong knowledge of identity management, secrets management, confidential computing, serverless compute, containers, EKS, and Kubernetes.
• Experience leading cloud-system design and security reviews, developing cybersecurity architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.

Nice to have

• Software development experience.
• CISSP, OSCP, GIAC, or AWS Certified Security Specialty certification.
