Physical AI Industry Solutions Manager (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid role based at an assigned Intel site in the United States. Primary location: Hillsboro, Oregon. Additional locations: Phoenix, Arizona; San Diego and Santa Clara, California; Beaver Brook, Massachusetts; Albuquerque, New Mexico; New York, New York; and Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Annual salary range: $188,330–$311,040 USD.

What you will do

• Identify and scale Physical AI opportunities with cloud service providers, systems integrators, software partners, and enterprise customers.
• Develop strategic partnership plans, business cases, adoption strategies, and go-to-market plans for enterprise deployments.
• Collaborate with robot OEM, AI model provider, product, engineering, sales, and partner teams to create end-to-end ecosystem solutions.
• Position Intel CPUs, GPUs, AI accelerators, software, and platform technologies in partner and customer offerings.
• Drive joint solution development, co-selling, ecosystem enablement, partner-led demand generation, pipeline creation, design wins, and deployment scale.
• Represent customer and market requirements to product and executive leadership and influence roadmaps, ecosystem investments, and go-to-market priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related STEM field with 6+ years of experience; alternatively, a master's degree with 4+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years.
• 4+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, alliance management, consulting, or go-to-market leadership in AI or robotics.
• Experience with platform planning, product lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, financial analysis, systems thinking, and solution design.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, cloud service providers, systems integrators, and software partners to drive adoption of complex technology solutions.
• Ability to work in the hybrid model at an assigned United States Intel site.

Nice to have

• MBA or BBA degree and 10+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with AI/ML, edge computing, partner-led delivery models, or ecosystem-driven delivery.
• Expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience designing distributed systems and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of platform economics, market trends, and complex cross-functional team management.
