Dell Boomi Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, monitor, and support enterprise integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform.
• Own the full integration lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design through production operations.
• Develop integrations using Boomi processes, connectors, Atom/Molecule runtimes, and custom scripting.
• Partner with application teams, enterprise architects, integration partners, product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Apply API management, API security, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Contribute through code and design reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of integration experience with a strong focus on Dell Boomi AtomSphere; the position requests 7+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi processes, connectors, Atom/Molecule runtimes, API Management, and CI/CD tooling.
• Solid Groovy and JavaScript scripting skills for Boomi customization.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, mutual TLS, certificate-based API security, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, or similar SaaS platforms, plus strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Boomi Professional or Architect certification.
• Exposure to Boomi Flow, Boomi DataHub, and multi-tenant integration patterns.
• Experience with MuleSoft, OIC, or SAP CPI.
• Knowledge of FinOps and integration cost management.
