Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote in the United States

Estimated base salary: $112,800–$173,600 annually

What you will do

• Architect, design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Build custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure Salesforce and enable integrations with SiteTracker and ServiceNow Order Management.
• Design integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
• Review, optimize, troubleshoot, and enhance Salesforce configuration and custom code.
• Own features through the full project lifecycle and collaborate with software developers in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, best practices, and integration patterns.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Git, code reviews, and CI/CD deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, React, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
• Experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs and automated software testing.
• Experience with inventory systems such as NetBox, Nautobot, or MetaSolv.
• Familiarity with TM Forum APIs.
