Planner (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and control end-to-end operational plans aligned with business needs and operations excellence targets.
• Coordinate manufacturing, materials, R&D, supply chain, and business activities across local and global interfaces.
• Forecast demand, manage customer nonstandard requests, and ensure tools are shipped in the required configuration.
• Support new product introduction from R&D through production and oversee transitions between old and new products.
• Improve line performance, material responsiveness, inventory targets, costs, and clean room space utilization.
• Use SAP and internal information systems to track plans and continuously improve performance metrics.

Requirements

• BSc in Industrial Engineering required.
• 0–2 years of experience in planning or operational roles is advantageous.
• Excellent English in speaking, reading, and writing is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, long-term activities, and daily execution under pressure.
• Customer-oriented approach with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in project management.
