Audit Manager (Government Audit)

Location: Fort Meade, Maryland; onsite five days per week. Work location may change based on client requirements.

Salary: $77,000–$125,000 per year, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

Kearney & Company provides auditing, consulting, and technology services exclusively to the U.S. Government.

What you will do

• Perform audit procedures using analytical and business skills.
• Contribute to research, planning, and testing activities.
• Draft working papers and other engagement documentation.
• Plan, execute, and review engagement work streams.
• Prepare and implement audit programs.
• Coordinate analyses and present audit solutions and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a relevant business or technical field.
• At least five years of auditing or accounting experience.
• CPA certification.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph for the Intelligence Community and U.S. citizenship are required.
• Availability to work onsite five days per week in Fort Meade, Maryland.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of Federal Government audit experience.
