Base pay: $164,000–$282,900 per year

What you will do

• Lead the TDS data product strategy and build a multi-year roadmap supporting AI, machine learning, and generative AI priorities.
• Design, build, and optimize scalable data product pipelines and platforms integrating ELN, MES, LIMS, SAP, quality, and clinical supply data.
• Develop semantic layers, ontologies, controlled vocabularies, reference data, and knowledge graphs aligned with enterprise models.
• Establish data quality, lineage, governance, data integrity, and model validation practices for regulated environments.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of data product engineers, ontology developers, and data scientists.
• Partner with R&D, DDSAI, IT, and senior technical and business stakeholders on architecture and delivery.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data science platform development, including 3+ years in people leadership.
• Deep expertise in cloud architectures, AWS, Snowflake, Python, SQL, graph databases, semantic technologies, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience building and scaling teams that deliver enterprise-grade data products.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence at Senior Director and VP levels.
• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, life sciences manufacturing, GxP, ontology engineering, FAIR data, or MLOps is advantageous.
