Client Executive (Employee Benefits)

What you will do

• Oversee a highly complex, high-revenue, high-visibility book of business for enterprise-level clients.
• Advise key client stakeholders and lead the client lifecycle process.
• Drive business development and prospect strategy as an Employee Benefits subject matter expert.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and clients.
• Shape market-level and enterprise-level benefits strategy.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff while supporting team growth.

Requirements

• Active Life & Health License.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel application skills.
• Expert fluency in self-funding, captives, and alternative funding strategies.
• Deep industry insight and the ability to inform market-facing strategy.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, influence, emotional intelligence, perseverance, and innovation skills.
