Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León, near Monterrey, Mexico. This is not a remote position.

What you will do

• Lead a team of production operators and ensure fulfillment of the production plan, resource optimization, and sequential production.
• Maintain compliance with product quality, workplace safety, and integrated management standards.
• Track area KPIs and lead corrective actions, process improvements, and root cause analysis using LCI tools.
• Manage headcount, training plans, employee development, performance processes, and internal growth evaluations.
• Promote employee integrity, motivation, satisfaction, and a safe work environment.
• Support business strategy deployment, continuous improvement initiatives, and the sharing of standard methodologies with other plants.

Requirements

• Experience as a production or processing leader managing a group of at least 30 operators.
• Strong leadership, motivation, decision-making, communication, collaboration, and people-development skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability with a strategic perspective for short- and medium-term decisions.
• Intermediate PC and office skills, project execution experience, and knowledge of coordinated safety and quality management systems.
• Availability for a 4x4 shift schedule: 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
• Ability to work onsite at the manufacturing facility in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León.
