SUN DAY RED - Senior Manager Planning & Operations

Annual base pay: $150,000–$165,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning, including forecasting at product, style, color, and SKU levels.
• Manage merchandise planning, sell-through analysis, product lifecycle decisions, replenishment, markdown timing, and assortment strategy.
• Build and manage annual, seasonal, and monthly open-to-buy plans aligned with revenue, inventory-turn, and weeks-of-supply targets.
• Translate demand forecasts into capacity and supply plans while balancing lead times, minimum order quantities, costs, and service levels.
• Develop regional allocation, replenishment, inventory, and sales order management strategies across channels.
• Lead monthly demand review and S&OP meetings, establish operational KPIs, and drive process and system improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in open-to-buy planning and/or supply chain.
• Advanced knowledge of apparel, accessories, or footwear demand planning, inventory management, open-to-buy planning, and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and data-modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Business Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills required.
