Maintenance Technician - Weekend Shift

Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, USA; onsite weekend shift

Hourly pay: $34.05–$38.25 per hour, including a $3.00 shift premium

What you will do

• Support and service production lines and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production-line equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Build manufacturing lines and cells and assist with relocating complex machinery.
• Coordinate maintenance projects, vendors, resources, and completion timelines.
• Provide technical support and train technicians on equipment troubleshooting and repair.

Requirements

• Maintenance Technician II: 3–5 years of experience maintaining industrial equipment, automation, or product repair systems.
• Maintenance Technician III: 7–10 years of experience with equipment and automation in robotics, metal fabrication, paint, or assembly operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO, and NEC requirements.
• Ability to read drawings, sketches, blueprints, and building schematics.
• Maintenance Technician III requires advanced PLC hardware and programming knowledge, robotics and automation experience, and advanced welding experience.
• Ability to safely maintain equipment, buildings, and grounds and obtain required service-equipment certifications.
