Lab Analyst I - Volatiles

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; onsite laboratory role

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze samples for the Volatiles team according to analytical SOPs.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Assist with validation and method detection limit studies.
• Investigate client inquiries and prepare responses to corrective action requests.
• Maintain technical information and laboratory notebooks while meeting production, hold-time, and turnaround-time targets.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline and 0–2 years of analytical chemistry laboratory experience, or two years of relevant experience such as sample preparation.
• A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline with 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Proficient English language skills required.
• Basic mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
