Program Manager

Location: Shelby, North Carolina, United States; onsite

Salary: $130,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the performance of one or multiple programs in line with contract requirements and company policies.
• Develop program plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, and organizational objectives.
• Launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives across core programs.
• Lead change management, documentation libraries, communication plans, and process training.
• Establish standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.
• Plan, coordinate, administer, and execute routine and complex projects and programs.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with project management, negotiation, transaction structuring, and strategic planning.
• Ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
