Program Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: CGC - HQ - Carlsbad, United States; onsite role with international travel to suppliers and third-party sites

Salary: $104,700–$157,100 annual

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project schedules for new product introductions from research and prototypes through manufacturing, marketing, and launch.
• Lead cross-functional core teams to deliver products on time while meeting quality standards and cost projections.
• Manage program resources, action items, assignments, milestones, deadlines, specifications, and critical deliverables.
• Coordinate suppliers, vendors, and the complete supply base, including onsite visits and issue resolution.
• Drive decisions related to cost, quality, schedules, product development methods, and time to market.
• Track COGS, ROI, cost avoidance, margin studies, contingency plans, and overall program status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent manufacturing, engineering, or tooling experience.
• 5–6 years of project management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience managing new product development projects in consumer goods companies.
• Experience managing the full product development cycle through prototype, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and product introduction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project, Asana, and web-based tools.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, motivational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FMEA and target costing.
• Knowledge of investment casting and manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of shaft and grip technology, quality assurance methods, design specifications, and technical documentation.
• Golf knowledge.
