Group Revenue Analyst

Location: Brazil; 100% remote, or hybrid for residents of Serra Gaúcha or the Greater São Paulo area

What you will do

• Support recurring revenue-recognition activities in accordance with IFRS 15 and Group accounting policies.
• Prepare revenue-related journal entries, supporting schedules, reports, reconciliations, and analytical bridges.
• Reconcile revenue and balance sheet accounts, including accrued revenue, deferred revenue, contract assets, and contract liabilities.
• Review billing, sales orders, credit notes, contracts, revenue arrangements, and source-system data to identify exceptions.
• Extract, combine, clean, and validate finance and commercial data, analyzing revenue movements across entities, products, customers, and business units.
• Execute revenue controls, maintain audit-ready documentation, support audits, and identify opportunities for standardization or automation.

Requirements

• Degree, technical qualification, or relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of journal entries, revenue accruals and deferrals, account reconciliations, income statements, and balance sheets.
• Exposure to revenue recognition or IFRS 15.
• Strong spreadsheet, analytical, problem-solving, and data-reconciliation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to organize competing tasks, meet recurring month-end deadlines, and work accurately with detailed transactional data.

Nice to have

• Experience in accounting, financial analysis, audit, revenue operations, or commercial finance.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Experience with Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar data-analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience in software, subscription, SaaS, or professional-services environments.
• Progress toward an accounting qualification or interest in developing an accounting career.
