Team Leader, Operations III - IB BHN 12 Month Contract (Logistics)

Location: Onsite at 233 Madill Blvd, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 60,000–75,000 per year, determined based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Supervise daily distribution center operations across receiving, order filling, or shipping.
• Plan staffing, schedule personnel, assign workloads, and adjust workflows to meet production requirements.
• Conduct daily start-up meetings and train associates on standard operating procedures.
• Monitor product flow, time and attendance, productivity, quality records, and key performance indicators.
• Participate in hiring, job rotation, associate development, coaching, accountability, and annual performance reviews.
• Maintain health and safety, housekeeping, employment-related, and cultural programs in compliance with legislation and company policy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience relevant to supervising distribution center operations, staffing, training, or performance management is considered in compensation.
• Ability to work onsite at the Mississauga distribution center.
