What you will do

• Coordinate daily digital picking and dispensing tasks according to operational priorities.
• Provide customer service, assist with merchandise decisions, resolve customer issues, and promote products and services.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates and goals, and track productivity.
• Assign associates to coverage and availability tasks across the store and support salesfloor operations.
• Develop associates through teaching, training, feedback, and identification of further training opportunities.
• Support safety compliance, performance management, growth conversations, recruiting, hiring, and Workday tasks.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to coordinate task completion and support daily digital fulfillment operations.
• Ability to provide effective customer service and communicate with associates and management.
• Ability to work in an onsite retail store environment.
