Resolution Analyst (Automotive SaaS)

Salary: $28.00–$30.00 per hour

hirify.global provides cloud-based SaaS software for automotive dealerships and vehicle manufacturers, supporting end-to-end dealership operations.

What you will do

• Resolve escalated client issues and disputes through research, problem solving, and coordination with internal business groups.
• Reconcile contracts, invoices, and payment applications, including manual invoice presentments.
• Review delinquent accounts, discuss balances and payment status, and collect short pays and incorrect deductions.
• Process credit memos, billing adjustments, dispute validations, and billing corrections.
• Manage client correspondence, provide status updates, and recommend solutions after root-cause analysis.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Collections Specialists and contribute to process and systems improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in finance, customer service, collections, or contracting.
• Some college education.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Ability to organize priorities, meet deadlines, achieve department accounts-receivable goals, and meet service-level agreements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce Billing, Cognos Analytics, and Power BI.
• Automotive dealership knowledge.
• Bilingual English and French-Canadian communication skills.
