TL;DR
A/R Analyst (Accounts Receivable): Analyzing complex accounts receivable issues, monitoring AR metrics, and improving billing and reconciliation processes with an accent on Oracle, InfoPro, TRUX, SQL, and lockbox operations. Focus on testing accounting system requirements, resolving customer and field application issues, managing cash application and refunds, and implementing process enhancements.
Location: Remote within the USA; candidates must reside in Arizona at the time of hire.

What you will do
- Analyze historical accounts receivable data and monitor AR metrics.
- Identify, recommend, and implement accounts receivable process improvements.
- Coordinate billing and invoice printing for InfoPro and TRUX systems and maintain month-end controls.
- Research and resolve billing, cash application, customer, and field application issues.
- Process lockbox returns, adjustments, money movements, and customer refund requests.
- Test business requirements, support system enhancements, create training resources, and coordinate with third-party vendors.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of accounts receivable experience, including multi-division processing.
- At least 3 years of office experience involving data entry, analysis, and reconciliation of accounting-related records.
- Experience working in a large Fortune 500 company.
- Lockbox experience or knowledge of the lockbox process.
- Experience with Oracle Accounting, InfoPro, TRUX billing systems, and SQL Viewpoint.
- Must reside in Arizona at the time of hire; visa sponsorship is not available.
