Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Poland; remote workplace. Remote work is available from many countries, with office hubs in the United States, Poland, Romania, and Ukraine.

What you will do

• Own a product track across strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery, and business outcomes.
• Conduct customer interviews, analyze support insights, behavioral data, and competitors, and define prioritized opportunities.
• Partner with design and engineering to break work into increments and maintain quality, stability, and security.
• Design experiments, define hypotheses and success metrics, run A/B tests, and act on the results.
• Define KPIs, monitor product funnels, and communicate progress, risks, and learnings to product leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, support, data, and related product teams across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a self-serve SaaS product or a significant product area end to end.
• Demonstrated measurable outcomes in conversion, activation, retention, or ARPU.
• Strong experience designing and sizing A/B tests, interpreting results, and responding to negative outcomes.
• Ability to define metrics, use BI tools, read or write SQL, and independently test hypotheses.
• Experience with customer discovery and product-led growth across paid acquisition, trial or freemium, activation, and monetization.
• Experience shipping AI features into real user workflows and working effectively in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in documents, workflow automation, e-signature, fintech, HR tech, or legal tech.
• Experience with SMB or prosumer customers.
• Professional working proficiency in English at B2–C1 or above.
• Polish at B1–B2 level.
