Location: New York, United States
Expected annual base salary: $110,000–$150,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Forecast and analyze asset dispositions across the BREP global platform, assessing impacts on fund performance and economics.
- Analyze fund, portfolio, and investment-level performance metrics and maintain recurring analytics, management reports, and executive dashboards.
- Support liquidity planning, capital activity tracking, cash-flow analysis, and forecasting across global funds.
- Monitor credit capacity utilization, mitigate liquidity risk, and improve fund performance.
- Prepare fund, investor, earnings, fundraising, and leadership reporting materials.
- Contribute to reporting infrastructure, data management, workflow optimization, automation, and AI-enabled technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Math, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with strong academic achievement.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analytics, advisory, valuations, or a related role.
- Experience with private closed-end real estate, private equity, or alternative assets.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including work with large datasets and validation processes.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, summarize complex issues, and deliver actionable insights under deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement.

- Experience with iLevel.
- Experience with Claude, Co-Work, Benchmark, NormAI, or similar tools.
