Project Manager (A/B Testing)

Location: Remote (Honduras)

Salary: $2,000–$3,000 per month

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 5–10 people across research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders.
• Move experiments smoothly from idea through build, launch, and analysis.
• Identify risks early, unblock teams, and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Build and maintain a roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments.
• Communicate plans, expectations, progress, and results to clients in weekly meetings.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, maintaining clarity, momentum, and motivation.

Requirements

• Strong organization and diligence, with a preference for systems, checklists, and timelines.
• Proactive communication, including early risk escalation and regular coordination with clients and teammates.
• Ability to learn quickly, understand technology and design, identify patterns, and ask effective questions.
• Prior A/B testing or formal project management experience is not required; training is provided.
• Must be based in Honduras for this remote role.
