Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in New York City at the NYC office

Salary: $180K–$250K annually, plus equity and commission

hirify.global provides an agentic document platform that uses vision models, LLMs, and heuristics to extract and structure information from complex enterprise documents.

What you will do

• Enable sales and implementations through technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for customer environments.
• Design and advise on system architecture and data flows for product integrations.
• Write Python scripts and customer-facing tools, including API integrations, connectors, dashboards, and experimental Streamlit applications.
• Collaborate with customers, support, and core engineers to identify high-impact product and infrastructure improvements.
• Surface usability gaps, unmet needs, and opportunities to increase customer value.
• Work directly with founders and customers to shape product direction and engineering strategy.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience working with enterprise or regulated customers.
• Excellent Python skills with the ability to navigate Bash and infrastructure as needed.
• Strong practical experience with Kubernetes.
• Ability to debug, experiment, iterate quickly, and work across the full development lifecycle from ideation through shipping.
• High ownership, strong quality standards, and willingness to solve problems hands-on.

Nice to have

• Experience founding a company or building products at an early stage.
• Familiarity with current developments in machine learning and AI.
